It’s been over 7 years since Darryl moved to Wellington. His passion for Real Estate and the excitement of a new challenge, lead to Darryl’s appointment as Auctioneer for Team Group Realty Limited, the only full time auctioneer within the Wellington Region.
Working across the diverse markets of Wellington City, Hutt Valley, Eastbourne and the kapiti Coast, the auction numbers have quickly increased within the company. The challenge is to keep increasing these numbers to transparently show the benefits that this process has for both buyers and sellers who both ultimately, end up with a win/win result.
Darryl began his Real Estate career in 1989 and has been an Auctioneer for the last 18 years. Having achieved his AREINZ status he has extensive knowledge in both sales and the various management positions he has held over his 32 years in this exciting industry. Continued training and education is the key to any business. Darryl looks forward to the two auction competitions each year, by continually competing against the best in the business “I’m honing my Auctioneering skills” he says. “As a better Auctioneer, I’m able to assist sales people, owners and buyers to achieve the most successful result so every party has a win”.
